Buckaroo Track Update

Congratulations to the Buckaroos Senior High track team for its performance at the Sr. Georgia Pacific Relays in Gurdon on April 11! The following students placed in the top 8 of their respective competitions:

Ba’Niya Welch – 3rd place in women’s 200m dash,  6th place in women’s 100m dash

Anna Spradley – 7th place in women’s 300m hurdles

Nic Saulsbury – 5th place in men’s pole vault

Regan Barton – 3rd place in men’s shot put

Zach Walthall – 8th place in men’s 110m hurdles

Caden Boykin – 2nd place in men’s 3200m run

Evan Phillips – 8th place in men’s 800m Run, 4th place in men’s 1600m run, 6th place in men’s 3200m run

Caden Boykin, Edgar Montoya, Ethan Jordan, and Evan Phillips – 6th place in men’s 4x800m relay

On 4/16/24, our Senior High Buckaroos track team participated in the El Dorado Wildcat Relays in El Dorado. The following students placed in the top 8th of their competition:

Ba’Niya Welch –   5th place in women’s triple jump, 7th place in women’s 200m dash,  8th place in women’s 100m dash

Nic Saulsbury – 1st place in men’s pole vault

Regan Barton – 3rd place in men’s shot put

Evan Phillips – 7th place in men’s 800m Run

Caden Boykin, Edgar Montoya, Ethan Jordan, and Evan Phillips – 5th place in men’s 4x800m relay

Our Senior High Buckaroo track team will compete in the 3A Region 8 Conference Track Meet on Tuesday, April 23, in McGehee. Go Bucks!
