Food Drive

Norphlet Middle School collected 1,489 items during their annual food drive!  The food items were donated to the Norphlet Food Pantry under the direction of Mayor Jim Crotty.  Thank you to everyone who donated non-perishables. Merry Christmas from Norphlet Middle School!

Party Time

The Norphlet Middle School Student Council and Mr. Yates’ “lunch bunch” recently celebrated Christmas together with a party of pizza, desserts, and “dirty Santa” game. Merry Christmas everyone!

Gift Wrapping

Mrs. Christy’s class at Smackover-Norphlet Preschool learned to wrap presents! They practiced their fine motor and motor planning skills. They created a plan and executed a sequence of steps, operate the tools needed, and understood what they wanted the final product to look like.

Business Plan

Mr. Roberts’ Personal Finance classes at Norphlet Middle School completed a semester-long entrepreneur project by making advertisements for their businesses.  In addition to the advertisements, the students developed a business plan, designed a logo, created a tri-fold brochure, and estimated preliminary budget figures.  Each group made a print ad as well as a TV/Social Media ad.
