On October 19, Smackover Elementary students read “Pumpkin Jack” in the library and then began the process of decomposing their own pumpkin! On Monday, the students took the decomposed pumpkin and planted their own “Pumpkin Jack” with the hope that the pumpkin life cycle will continue in October 2024!
