Smackover High School math students participated in a math competition for Union County students at El Dorado High School last Saturday. Teacher sponsors included Shelly Childers, Debra Spooner, and Crystal Yeager.
Students accepted the awards from John Deichler, whose family began the competition in honor of his grandmother, a lifelong math teacher.
