The Smackover-Norphlet School District is seeking to create a Parent Resource Guide that has information about after school and summer programs and activities available to students in our area. The Parent Resource Guide will be published digitally on the school district’s website and blog. Print copies will be available in the Parent Centers on each school campus.
If a non-profit organization would like to be included in the Parent Resource Guide, please complete the relevant information on the form which is linked below and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org . Additional information can be included on additional pages.
Our first submission deadline is December 31, 2018 for the first draft of the Parent Resource Guide. Submissions may be made throughout the year as new programs are added or summer programs are scheduled.
If your organization has multiple programs, please submit one form per program.
Examples of programs which we would like to include in the resource guide are:
- Camp Fire
- Community athletics programs such as Pee Wee sports, church league athletics, etc.
- Faith-based programs such as VBS, AWANAS, youth groups, etc.
- Summer reading programs
- Summer breakfast and lunch programs
- Fine arts programs
The Parent Resource Guide is not limited to the programs listed above.
Please pass this information and form onto your local church, coaches, and community organization which provide out-of-school opportunities for children and youth.
